Rafi Ourfalian is the quintessential American success story. Arriving in Los Angeles by himself as an ambitious teenager with nothing more than the "American Dream" in his heart, Rafi worked menial jobs on his way through college and a law degree.

Graduating from U.W. L.A. in 1980, Rafi worked in the legal field as an associate attorney for a short time but soon thereafter embarked on building the boutique firm he now heads. Through hard work and a lot of dedication the Law Offices of Rafi Ourfalian boasted a dozen attorneys and an extensive professional staff in less than a decade! The firm has also had offices in San Francisco, couple of branch offices elsewhere in California and affiliates in Europe. Many of the firm's clients have remained with the firm from its inception until present.

In addition to a highly successful legal practice Rafi Ourfalian has been a civic and community leader and a supporter of the Arts throughout his adult life. He has been a leading force in "Armenian" causes leading and participating in many endeavors large and small. He has served on numerous charitable Boards. During the last decade, in the aftermath of the collapse of the Soviet Union, Rafi Ourfalian led many efforts in assisting Armenia and Karabakh into the modern world and pioneered hitherto unprecedented collaboration and fund-raising in that regard.

In addition to participation in many civic and charitable organization, Mr. Rafi Ourfalian is certified for both State and Federal courts and has had long standing memberships in Federal, County and State Trial and Consumer Lawyers Associations, as well as many other professional associations.
